Rules
1. This competition is offered by Zattikka Limited ("Zattikka") and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 16 years of age. Employees and agents of Zattikka and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
2. The competition period will begin at 01:00am GMT on Monday 21st December and finish at 11:00pm GMT on 7th January.
3. The prize itself is a brand new Macbook Pro 13". We purchase the prize on your behalf and have it shipped directly to your door anywhere in the world. (You must prove ownership of the winning entry and your shipping address). We will dispatch the prize within 31 days of the competition closing date.
4. To enter the competition you must ReTweet an @Twanagrams tweet from your own Twitter account. Your Re-Tweet MUST contain the hashtag "#Twanagrams" AND a web-link to a clue or solution image. To find an @Twanagrams tweet to ReTweet, simply start following @Twanagrams. @Twanagrams will be tweeting regularly throughout the competition period so there will be plenty of tweets to ReTweet!
5. You can tweet as many times as you like (though entries using automated tweets will be disqualified).
6. We will choose a winner randomly from all the entries between 21st December and 7th January. We will then announce the winner from our twitter account (@Twanagrams) on Friday 8th January.
7. Entrants' personal details will be used by Zattikka strictly in accordance with Zattikka's privacy policy.
8. Neither Zattikka nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to the prizes; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.
